SUPPORT SERVICES We're here for you... Immediate support when you need it most. This special program is in place to support military family members through any type of situation that may arise at any time. In the TMFRC office, we provide a safe and comfortable place for you to share any issues or concerns. We understand that life in the Canadian Forces - and life as a CF family member - presents its own unique challenges and situations. We are available to you on a regular or emergency basis, 5 days a week: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A social worker is available for free short-term individual and group sessions, family and couple support. She is also available by phone and e-mail, for those who are unable to make it into the centre. She can help when questions arise or problems occur and can assist in preventing situations from happening. We hope to be your first source of immediate support when you need it most. All meetings (individual, family or group) are confidential. Information is never shared or given without consent to other family members, military personnel or other TMFRC staff. |
